Supplemental Services Questionnaire

Please take a few minutes to help us finalize our Supplemental Service Program for FY 2009. Based on your responses last March, we have identified four main focus areas for supplemental services.

1. Physical Collections: Deposit Collections, such as those previously provided by Bridgewater, were important to some members. If SEMLS were to continue with Deposit Collections, please tell us the type of collection that would be of most use to your community?
