I am amazed as I read Primal Leadership how I now look at the people in charge around me. It will be an interesting discussion!

I agree Kathy. I was thinking today about how someone with alot of experience would be able to differentiate between when their experience was guiding them and when it might be intuition - and I think it wouldl be pretty hard to identify the intuition part.
I too am looking forwrd to our discussion.
