Film Movement is a product available from Recorded Books. For around $350/year, they will send you one award-winning, critically acclaimed foreign film, with poster and content information to you, each month. You may show the film once, publically at no charge, before putting the film into circulation. This is a great program for film buffs. It's easy for library staff to manage. You can simply set up the room and press the play button. Or, as we do in Cohasset, have a movie night, complete with candy, popcorn and sodas. Some libraries may want to further enhance the experience by having a scholar or knowledgeable person discuss the film afterwards. We get a dedicated group of 8-12 who come every month. When our library hours changed recently, I was pleasantly surprised the group adjusted their schedules to come at the new time (an hour earlier).
