Online Tools for Reference 101

I mentioned an online tool for learning and reviewing some of the basic principals of Reference Services at our Reference Roundtable in Chatham this week.

Here is a link to that tool (ORE - Ohio Reference Excellence) and to a few others that may be useful for both experienced & new staff members to hone their reference techniques!

I am sure that there are many others out there, so please share any of your favorites too!
