These studies will be furnished to the successful proposer upon or shortly after engagement, and the Preservation Surveys' findings dated February 2 through 5, 2009 must be integrated with a Final Report [the Master Plan.]

Specific tasks involved in preparing a Final Report may include but should not be limited to the following: identifying and describing the collections held, recommending archival cataloging and/or finding aid systems for the records of each collection; preparing budget estimates for each phase of work for each participating institution.

A Final Report [the Master Plan] to be presented to the Town shall be prepared fully describing the work accomplished at each institution. In all cases, this description shall include recommendations and budget estimates for on-going creation of access to and preservation of each institution's archival/historical collections by the staff of each institution. The Master Plan must include an appendix listing relevant potential governmental and non-governmental funding assistance for undertaking the work described in the Final Report. Available funding and the Master Plan findings will guide future phases of work by the respective participants.
