Global Warming: A Problem for Penguins

Description:
Penguins are an indicator species, alerting us to the state of the environment they live in. They are the proverbial 'canary in the coal mine'. It is now clear to scientists that penguins are being negatively impacted by global warming. In this eye-opening presentation, the various ways in which global warming is affecting all 17 penguin species will be discussed. Action steps that audience members can take to help save penguins and the environment will also be reviewed.
Fee: $325. $600 for two programs back-to-back
Group Size: no limit
Program Length: 45-55 minutes
Facility Requirements:
The room must have electricity and the ability to be slightly darkened to enhance viewing of the program.
Comments:
A portion of the proceeds from every program is donated to groups working to protect penguins and our oceans.
