Youth Services
The Massachusetts Regional Library Systems
help to provide free resources and materials
for libraries to encourage leisure reading
among children, teens and adults among the
Commonwealth. Each year during the summer
months, libraries uniquely celebrate and promote
themed programs and literacy activities to
engage readers. Throughout the state, librarians
work closely with neighborhood schools, local
businesses and other non-profit organizations
to provide exciting programs and services
to support life-long learning. Our mission
is to help you build and sustain a community
where families and individuals value the rewarding
joy of literacy.
